As a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist, you ensure that goods arrive at the right place at the right time. You plan routes, compare quotes, create transport orders, and maintain close contact with drivers, customers, and partners – a new challenge every day! During your apprenticeship, you’ll learn to work with modern software, plan routes, and coordinate transport orders – always with a strong team behind you and plenty of responsibility. As the central hub of logistics, you’ll keep track of everything and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s receiving, checking, and storing goods, or loading and unloading trucks: As a warehouse specialist, you’ll learn how everything runs smoothly in the warehouse during your two-year apprenticeship. If you want even more after successfully completing your apprenticeship, you can simply add another year and qualify as a warehouse logistics specialist. Then you’ll also plan and organize processes, work with modern computer systems, and maintain a complete overview of the flow of goods.
