Your challenges
- Independent scheduling
- Acceptance of transport orders
- Purchasing cargo for partial and full loads
- Contact person for customers, drivers and subcontractors
- Preparation and maintenance of forwarding documents
- Quotation of daily prices
- Transmission of transport data to the driver
- Checking for position and adherence to deadlines
- Ensuring compliance with EU social legislation
- Taking over the notification of the vehicles to the sender / recipient
You score points with these strengths
- Commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics services
- Professional experience as a dispatcher desirable
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Problemsolving and conflictresolution skills, negotiantion skills
- Team and communication skills
- Confident handling of the common MS Office programs
