Planning, coordination and communication – it all happens at your desk!

As a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist, you ensure that goods arrive at the right place at the right time. You plan routes, compare quotes, create transport orders, and maintain close contact with drivers, customers, and partners – a new challenge every day! During your apprenticeship, you’ll learn to work with modern software, plan routes, and coordinate transport orders – always with a strong team behind you and plenty of responsibility. As the central hub of logistics, you’ll keep track of everything and ensure that everything runs smoothly. At A+H, you’ll learn how freight forwarding really works – practical, digital, and future-proof!
At our company, it’s all about movement – and you’ll be right in the middle of it!

Whether it’s receiving, checking, and storing goods, or loading and unloading trucks: As a warehouse specialist, you’ll learn how everything runs smoothly in the warehouse during your two-year apprenticeship. These photos of the truck loading were taken by one of our own apprentices – right in the middle of his daily training! If you want even more after successfully completing your apprenticeship, you can simply add another year and qualify as a warehouse logistics specialist. Then you’ll also plan and organize processes, work with modern computer systems, and maintain a complete overview of the flow of goods. At A+H, you can expect a strong team, modern technology, and plenty of variety – here you’ll learn how logistics really works!

Superpowers on tour!

Our new city bus is now running in Hof – with our superheroes on board. Keep your eyes peeled – you might spot it on your next trip through the city!
Now sporting the perfect branding – our jumbo semi-trailer truck!

A few weeks ago, we introduced you to our new jumbo semi-trailer truck with 15.4 loading meters. Now it shines in the full AH design – making it not only a real eye-catcher but also a powerful statement on the road, showcasing our superheroes on the road.
Hof Apprenticeship Fair 2025 – a complete success!

Last Saturday, we were present at the Hof Apprenticeship Fair in the Freiheitshalle. We had many great conversations, answered interesting questions, and met numerous interested young people. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth!We’re already looking forward to the next fair and perhaps even to meeting some of our future apprentices!

Fire Safety Training at our company

We recently completed comprehensive training with our occupational safety specialist from SVG. Employees from all departments – office, warehouse, and workshop – were trained as fire safety officers. Theory & Practice: We not only gained the necessary knowledge but also had the opportunity to practice how to react quickly and safely in an emergency. An important contribution to greater workplace safety – and to the protection of our colleagues.
Anniversary at A+H – we’re celebrating Marina’s 10 years with us!

Today we’re celebrating a very special colleague: Marina – with us for 10 years. Starting in our HR department, she has developed into Head of HR over the past few years. As a trainer, she supports our apprentices with great dedication and ensures that our entire team feels well looked after. We say THANK YOU for 10 years of commitment, loyalty, and a whole lot of passion. Marina – without you, A+H wouldn’t be what it is today.
